Autumn Dawn Murry makes an appearance in Clark County District Court on Wednesday, March 30, 2011.

A plea agreement is being sought by a teenage girl who is one of two people accused in the March 4 shooting death and robbery of Tesfaye Arze, a North Las Vegas taxicab driver.

Felicia Mosley, 18, who was arrested April 4 in Orlando, Fla., had been scheduled to be arraigned this morning on multiple charges related to Arze?s death in Las Vegas Justice Court.

However, Deputy District Attorney Rob Stephens told Justice of the Peace Melanie Andress-Tobiasson that the matter was still under negotiations, indicating that Mosley wants to make a plea deal with the Clark County District Attorney?s office. Andress-Tobiasson set a hearing for a status check on the negotiations for at 8 a.m. Sept. 29.

Attorney Krystal Hernandez, who appeared on behalf of Mosley?s attorney, Robert Langford, confirmed outside the courtroom that negotiations were ongoing.

"We'll be back in another two weeks," Hernandez said.

Mosley, who appeared in court today, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on May 29 on charges of murder with a deadly weapon, two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon. She is being held without bail.

Mosley is thought to be one of two women who were seen in a surveillance video who took a ride in Arze?s cab before the shooting.

The other woman, Autumn Dawn Murry, 21, was arrested on March 11 following a tip.

Metro Police allege Murry first robbed a Mini Mart at 4563 E. Russell Road at gunpoint of $500 at 2:20 a.m. March 4, then blew out a tire in her car trying to get away. Police say Murry left her vehicle.

About an hour later, Murry allegedly took a cab with Mosley and then tried to leave the cab without paying about a block from her home, police said. When Murry and Mosley didn?t pay, they got into a scuffle with Arze, the cab driver, and then Murry shot him in the head, robbed him of $224.60 and left him lying in the street at 6349 High Sierra Ave., according to statements made by detectives and witnesses in a police report.

Murry remains in jail without bail after beingindicted in the shooting by a grand jury on counts of burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, murder with use of a deadly weapon and two counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon, according to the indictment filed in March in Clark County District Court.

Murry's murder trial is scheduled for 1 p.m. April 2, 2012, before Clark County District Judge Stefany Miley.
