Gov. Kasich Signs 'Pill Mill' Bill into Law
Ohio Gov. John Kasich singed House Bill 93 into law Friday amid applause from those who had lost loved ones to prescription drug abuse and survivors. The "Pill Mill" law will make it much more difficult for unscrupulous doctors to dispense pain pills to addicts.
