SOCORRO (AP)�? Members of Socorro?s version of the national protests against Wall Street are slated hold their own protest in the city?s plaza.
Organizers announced that protesters are scheduled today to hold a rally joining�?Occupy? protesters in other New Mexico towns and cities.
?Occupy Santa Fe,? for example, has planned a series of teach-ins Sunday at it permanent protest encampment site at the Railpark.
In addition, members of�?(Un)Occupy Albuquerque? are slated to hold a�?mock auction? of foreclosed homes next week on the steps of a courthouse in downtown Albuquerque.
Other upcoming�?Occupy? events are planned in Espanola and Farmington.
